At Bluejayset, we create indoor playgrounds that truly work for you. We don’t just measure your space; we master it. From strategic layouts to custom themes, Bluejayset designs safe, high-visibility indoor playgrounds optimized for maximum play and flow.

Mapping Your Vision: What We Need From You
We’re ready to turn your plans for a premier indoor play destination into a reality. To get the layout exactly right, we need a clear "map" of your environment. Sharing your site’s photos and specifications helps our team avoid revisions later and design a custom indoor play center that fits your space and vision.
Location Information
- What is the effective clear ceiling height of proposed location (see instructions below)?
- Do you have a CAD file (from an architect) that you can provide to us?
- Are there any beams, poles, or other obstructions that will be in the playground installation area?
- Are there any obstructions in the ceiling space such as air conditioning vents, exhaust ducts, hanging lights, etc. in the playground structure? If so, please provide a picture of the obstruction, as well as any measurements.
- Are there any hidden doors or fire exits we need to be aware of in the playground area?
- Do you know what IBC (International Building Code) is adopted by the city where the playground will be installed? If not, we can look into this information for you (ONLY APPLIES TO USA CUSTOMERS).
Calculating Ceiling Height
To help you answer the above question about the ceiling height, please see the drawing below:

If you have such a roof, then our designer needs to know exactly where the roof is located.
Layout Design Plans
Please provide a detailed layout for our designer. You should also include any additional notes about your design ideas and anything else that we may need to know about. The more information you can provide us about what you are looking for in your design, the less time we will need to spend making multiple revisions.
OPTION A (recommended): CAD with layout of each play section

OPTION B: PDF with layout of each play section

OPTION C: Drawing with layout of each play section

Required Photos
All customer design requests MUST be accompanied by real pictures of the location in which the playground will go. Pictures are essential for helping our designers visualize the space accurately and account for every structural detail.

To ensure a perfect fit for your custom playground, we need a complete visual map of the intended installation area. Following the diagram above, please provide 12 total photos by capturing 3 different angles from each of the 4 corners (A / B / C / D):
- Photo 1: Facing the far opposite diagonal corner
- Photo 2: Facing the longest adjacent wall
- Photo 3: Facing the shortest adjacent wall
Additional Notes
- If you have created your own floor play layout, please note that we require a minimum of 18″ of space from any walls.
- EVA soft play mats will be included with your playground design in the playground area only (unless otherwise indicated). If you would like additional EVA soft play mats in other areas of your location please let us know.
- Our standard height for each level of the playground is as listed below. If you would like anything different, please let us know.
- 1st level: 5.9ft (1.8m)
- 2nd Level and Each Level Above: 4.9ft (1.5m)
- If you purchase any ball blaster guns or a ball blaster zone, you will need to leave space for an air compressor, which will need to be stored in a utility room or storage room.
- If you would like your logo included as part of your playground design, please submit it to us in Al format.
- Please keep in mind that we receive many design requests every day, and we try our best to get them done as soon as possible. You can ask your consultant about our current new design wait times.
